Pleased with the print I ordered for my brothers 50th,good quality frame.
Excellent gift for my nephews 18th. Very happy with quality, production, wording placement and frame. Brought a lovely smile to his and his parents faces? delivery and service excellent too?
I ordered 2 prints for my 9yr old grandsons. I was very pleased with the quick and efficient service. It is a xmas present so can’t wait to see their reaction.
The print itself is very good but the quality of the frame is very poor. Not only was I disappointed with the actual frame but it arrived broken. It was extremely well packed so the damage did not occur in transit. It had been assembled incorrectly on one corner and the pin holding the joint together had split it. As it was a gift for my 10 year old grandson, I had to purchase another frame before I could give it to him for his birthday. Therefore, this item was not value for money.
Hi Yvonne,
We’re really sorry to hear that your frame got damaged.
Can you please send us an email with your order number and we will be happy to rectify this issue for you.
Kind regards,
Bought for my grandsons 18th . Ordered & arrived in 3 days . Very pleased with it & excellent service!
